Tender description

Woking Borough Council (WBC) is seeking to procure Car Park Management Systems to include the latest technology for the provision of first class customer service for the operation of over 4 000 parking spaces in Woking Town Centre. The contracting authority wishes to select a preferred bidder through a competitive dialogue procedure to procure a Car Park Management Systems to include the latest technology for the provision of first class customer service for the operation of over 4 000 parking spaces in Woking Town Centre. The preferred bidder is expected to have proposed a credible solution to address the contracting authority's requirements. It is anticipated that the contracting authority and preferred bidder shall enter into a conditional agreement conferring a period of exclusivity on the preferred bidder to conclude any remaining site assembly and necessary consents exercises before installation and implementation. The contracting authority's indicative programme is: Date Activity • 12 February 2019 post Supplier Engagement - Project Team meeting, • w/c 18 February Issue Invitation to Tender, • 30 March 2019 Receipt of expressions of interest from bidders, • April 2019 Evaluation and selection of shortlisted bidders to proceed to competitive dialogue • 1 May 2019 Invitation to Participate in Dialogue (ITPD) and Submit Outline Solutions (ISOS) as first dialogue stage, • 14 June 2019 Receipt of Outline Solutions, • July 2019 Evaluation of ISOS, evaluation and deselection of bidders, • 1 August 2019 Issue Invitation to Submit Detailed Solutions (ISDS) as second dialogue stage, • 30 September 2019 Receipt of Detailed Solutions, evaluation and possible deselection of bidders, • October 2019 Evaluation of ISDS and competitive dialogue, • 1 November 2019 Call for Final Tender (CFT), • 30 November 2019 Receipt of Final Tenders and evaluation, • December 2019 Evaluation of Final Tender, • January 2020 Appointment of preferred bidder.
