Tender description

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) has been issued by the Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult as collaboration lead on behalf of the Catapult Centres, their Trading Subsidiaries, the Active Building Centre Company Ltd and VMIC (Vaccines Manufacturing and Innovation Centre (UK) Ltd) in relation to the requirement to establish a business travel management services framework agreement. This PIN is for market research purposes to determine the level of interest from suppliers and therefore the most suitable route to market. It will not be used to reduce timescales in the future procurement process. The business travel management services framework agreement will not be divided into lots. No volume or value of work is guaranteed from this framework agreement. However, based on historical spend, the potential value, for the total four (4) year duration of this framework agreement, could be in the region of GBP 8 million. Please note that no further information regarding this framework is available at this time. An on-line and off-line business travel booking service shall be required for UK, Europe and international travel and associated services. Provision of business travel management services shall include, but not be limited to the following services: Rail (inc. sleeper trains), ferries, flights, taxis, visa and passport services, airport parking, car hire, hotels, buses, group bookings, meetings, conferences and events. Services required from the business travel management services framework agreement may be co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
