Tender description

Mayo County Council is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with suitably qualified and experienced Archaeological Consultants for the provision of a variety of Archaeological services, in advance of construction works of a general nature, over the lifetime of the Framework. The establishment of the Framework Agreement is subject to the provisions of EC Directives and is being awarded using the Open Procedure. The Framework Agreement shall be established with up to 5 number Candidates, subject to the receipt of a sufficient number of valid tenders, and once established, shall be used as the basis for awarding subsequent Contracts to Candidates. These Contracts [Stage (i) to Stage (iv)] shall be awarded by conducting mini-competition tenders between all the Candidates included in the Framework.
