Tender description

The Department for Education (DfE) is exploring commercial options to appoint national delivery partner(s) to deliver a number of services within a framework for the following services: 1) Insolvency Services including Insolvency Practitioner (IP)'s (IBR's, Administration and advice); 2) Audit and Assurance including but not limited to annual programme of audit and funding assurance reviews, ad-hoc audit and assurance services; 3) Forensic account and investigation support; 4) Legal services specific to these areas (please note this service may not be included within the final competition). Insolvency practitioners to carry out: Independent business reviews, education administration (colleges) and other insolvency services applicable to education providers (outside of the EA). All types of investigation support required by the Department. Audit and assurance services including but not limited to: Financial audit and funding assurance review services and other independent audit and assurance work Audit or assurance work in respect of review of internal controls or financial management and governance arrangements. Legal advice and support in relation to insolvency, restructuring and investigation services. Please note this lot may not be included within the final procurement competition.
