Highways England is looking to procure a single lot framework for forensic audits. The overall aim is to identify and rectify issues in contract management to ensure works are managed in line with contract and delivering best value for Highways England. Use the audit findings to drive improvements in contract management and ensure lessons are learnt and embedded in new contracts. Please see previous description text.
