Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake the refurbishment of Ward 3 Side Room 1 along with its En-suite and anti-room Lobby. This is area is used for patients that require isolation for a variety of reasons: non-airborne infections, requiring privacy or at end of life.Close working with our water monitoring consultants, Evolution, will also be required to ensure that the timings for water treatment and post-testing are also incorporated into the programme window of six weeks. Please also allow for two days post chlorination of pipework, before final water test, then allow two weeks before final certificates are received to ensure water quality is to the appropriate hospital standard, before the hand back of the area to the hospital Keywords: Building Works
