Galway City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants to provide consultancy services for the refurbishment of five (5) no. properties. Galway City Councils objectives for the five (5) no. properties necessitate works to be carried out to the structures to meet the requirements for existing / future occupants. The successful Consultant will be required to identify and oversee the assessment and all refurbishment works necessary so that Galway City Council objectives for the properties can be accomplished. The role of the consultant will involve: • Act as Employers Representative • Architect • Civil & structural engineering (brought-in services if required) • Mechanical & Electrical engineering (brought-in services if required) • Quantity Surveying • PSDP • Design and Assigned Certifier
