Tender description
To provide support to the Learning Difficulties Partnership Board service user representatives. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED • To meet with the service user representatives at a mutually convenient date and venue for a maximum of 2 hours prior to each of the six LDPBs in each year to discuss the theme of the LDPB meeting and record their comments. • Prepare an easy read report for each Board meeting on the feedback and comments from the service user representatives and submit this for inclusion in the LDPB agenda papers. • To attend all LDPB Meetings and provide direct support to the service user representatives e.g. assisting them to share their report with other members, explaining information and encouraging representatives to express their views. Each LDPB is scheduled to last 2.5 hours. • Ascertain how the LDPB service user representatives would like to cascade the information from the Board to people they represent and support them in this process Keywords: Learning Difficulties
