<p>St Helens Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from organisations who wish to be considered in purchasing the rights to sell ice cream within the parks of St Helens Borough Council. It is intended that the vending rights will be issued to a single organisation. To help support local investment this opportunity is restricted to an organisation who: &bull; Has an established commercial presence within St Helens. &bull; Is classed as a small to medium enterprise SME (that is they have a staff headcount of between 1 &ndash; 40 people and have an annual turnover of less than &pound;40m) &bull; Has a suitable track record of selling ice cream in public locations. Organisations who feel they meet this criteria and wish to register their interest should complete and return via The-Chest the attached Response Form V1 no later than 12 noon on the 26th January 2021.</p> Keywords: ice cream in parks
