Tender description

Leicestershire County Council (LCC) wishes to introduce a modern, user-friendly car parking solution at its Snibston Destination Park. If the approach proves successful, it may lead to the solution being rolled out to other Country Park car parks. The purpose of this Soft Market Testing (SMT) is to gauge interest from the market and to investigate options for the parking solution required. It is not itself a call for competition, however, the exercise is likely to inform future approach and any subsequent tender exercises.
