Tender description

The Council is looking to appoint a number of competent contractors to undertake works in respect of the carrying out of maintenance and responsive works to trees. This framework is for 4 years, with no further option to extend. There will be no guarantee of work or volume of work to be given under this framework contract. It is envisaged that the framework will consist of between 5-8 providers (depending on the quality and closeness of Tender submissions), with work packaged up and issued through this framework using the BOQ to issue out individual jobs. This is not compulsory but is to allow those who have not experienced a tender before to learn about the process.
