Tender description

RFT for Drumlark Bridge for Cavan County Council Works include: 1. Excavation of the embankment to be stepped for footing of extended pedestrian route; 2. Demolition of the existing masonry parapet wall on the upstream side of the bridge; 3. Traffic Management plan for the duration of the works; 4. Installation of footing for the retaining wall; 5. Installation of RC arch; 6. Backfill of granular material behind retaining wall; 7. Facing of extension with stonework to match existing; 8. Reconstruction of parapet in new position; 9. Construction of footpath; 10. Resurfacing of road surface on the bridge; 11. Water Management for working over and adjacent to non-tidal river; 12. Act as PSCS for the construction works.
