Tender description

The proposed scheme comprises of 3 No housing units, complete with associated site development and infrastructural works at Ballyvourney, Co. Cork. The housing mix comprises of 2 no two bedroom units, in a semi-detached format and 1 no unit 2 bedroom unit in a detached format. The tender is for the appointment of a main contractor to complete the works as described and defined within the works requirements. Contractors will be required to comply with the code of practice for inspecting and certifying buildings and works as defined in SINo.9 of 2014 Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014.
