Tender description

The authority intends to launch a tender which seeks to appoint a contractor to fulfil duties acting as the UK National Focal Centre (NFC). The duties will include collecting, collating and mapping the UK impact of sulphur dioxide, oxides of nitrogen, and ammonia and submitting data into the International Cooperative Programme's (ICP) Modelling and Mapping. The contractor will produce impact data from these pollutants for the four UK countries and this will be used to reduce emissions (under the Convention on Long-Range Transboundary (CLRTAP) and the National Emissions Ceilings Directive (NECD)). The contract duration will be 4 years with 2 possible 12 month extensions. This is early supplier engagement and only requires you to register interest in the procurement.
