To carry out reactive repair and annual servicing/maintenance of electrical, refrigeration and combination catering equipment. This contract is for the: — annual servicing, maintenance and PAT testing (where applicable) of all electrical, refrigeration and electrical/gas combination catering equipment in each kitchen, — reactive repair of all electrical, refrigeration and electrical/gas combination catering equipment in each kitchen, — maintenance of an equipment asset register in relation to all catering equipment in the kitchens identified.
