Property and Valuation Professional services required in respect of land to be acquired for the Regeneration and Development Projects and other similar projects. Lands may be acquired by agreement or through statutory process such as CPO or Derelict Site CPO. The lands in most cases are non-agricultural and could comprise of houses, commercial, industrial, derelict, community etc. Lot 1 - Property and Valuation Professional Services required in respect of land to be acquired for Regeneration and Development Projects Mullingar Kinnegad Municipal District Lot 2 - Property and Valuation Professional services required in respect of land to be acquired for Regeneration and Development Projects Athlone Moate Municipal District Lot 3 - Property and Valuation Professional Services in respect of other land to be acquired by Westmeath County Councils in the role of Property Management
