Provision of Administrative/Management Services for the Selection and Contracting of Creative Associates for the Creative Schools Programme

Tender description

The Arts Council is seeking to engage the services of a suitable provider to provide administrative and management services for the selection and contracting of CAs in 2020 as part of the Creative Schools Programme. The Agency or individual will be required to: • Project manage the efficient delivery of the Creative Schools project plan for the procurement of CA services in 2020, up to and including issuing of contracts and ensuring all appropriate policies and procedures are followed. And in particular to: Manage the administrative work around the process for procuring CAs who would in turn provide services to schools that are part of the Creative Schools Programme. It is expected that up to 300 tender submissions might be received.
