Tender description

The Programme Grant (PGII) is Irish Aid’s largest civil society fund and is used to support long-term development interventions. The Humanitarian Programme Plan (HPP) provides funding for humanitarian interventions in situations of protracted, predictable and recurring crises. The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is seeking consultants to support the PGII and HPP teams to jointly monitor their programmes. The main aim of the monitoring visits is to assess progress towards agreed outcomes as specified in each organisation’s application and Results Framework.
