Technical University (TU) Dublin, wishes to procure the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of a stand-alone, compact DNA sequencing instrument capable of a range of applications including human DNA profiling, SNP analysis, bacterial identification and cell line authentication. Consumables for the instrument must have a 6-month shelf life to facilitate running practical sessions across two semesters. Ongoing technical support for sequencing regardless of the vendor of sample preparation kits must be provided.
