Tender description

Accent’s leaseholder team is looking for multiple Contractors to deliver, comprehensive Grounds Maintenance services to its leaseholder schemes. The Grounds Maintenance services are based on 4 lots, Contractors are able to bid for a single lot or multiple lots. Contractors may only win a maximum of three (3) lots. Under the terms of the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 preference will be given to micro businesses based within the locality where the services are to be delivered.
