Tender description
The primary objective of all our leadership courses is for participants to understand what it means to be an effective leader while successfully learning the skills required to lead high performing teams at various levels across the food and drink sector. Our courses must be relevant to those in a variety of roles and levels from Team Leader (recently promoted from an operative position) to Senior Managers. For all programmes, development of essential people management skills is critical, particularly in the context of a high speed and multi-cultural production environment.
