Tender description

LLA seeks proposals and quotations from utilities management consultants to manage LLA's utility expenditure. A core objective for LLA is to move to 100% renewable sources (Green Energy) of energy by April 2020. It is an important requirement of this tender that the utilities consultant supports and enables this. Therefore Brokers should factor this in their tender showing comparable green v brown energy costs. Current demand is 37 GW for electricity & 9 GW for gas, spread across our portfolio at London Luton Airport. Portfolio currently consists of 1 main incomer for electricity & 6 main incomers for gas. Commencement date is targeted for 1st March 2020
