The Council seeks an innovative Provider(s) to deliver infrastructure services to the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) and to facilitate VCS representation. This agreement is specifically for infrastructure services, to provide services, support and advice to charities, community groups, social enterprises and Town and Parish Councils, promoting individual and community resilience and contributing to the achievement of wider Council objectives.
