Hull Collaborative Academy Trust ICT Managed Service

Tender description

The Hull Collaborative Academy Trust (HCAT) encompasses 15 Academies. All of the Academies are Primary except The Marvell College which is a secondary setting for 11-16year olds. The Trust has a mixed approach to its support for ICT. The Marvell College was a new build Pfi school in 2013 and during this time has had a fully managed service from RM. This contract comes to an end on the 31st August 2020. Other Academies have a range of local providers and contract end dates. The main purpose of this procurement is for the outsource of The Marvell College as a new 5year contract including goods and services. As part of this procurement the Trust also wish to optionally include the Primary settings and any new academies they may take into the Trust during the contract period. Only the Marvell College can be guaranteed by the winning bidder from the start of the contract. Other sites will be added at the Trusts sole discretion.
