ESCC Scene setting day for the tender for supported living care services provision for working age adults with learning disabilities at Warwick House and Steyne Road Schemes. Location: Sovereign Harbour Yacht Club, 3 Harbour Quay, Eastbourne BN23 5QF Date: 4.6.2019 Time: 10 a.m. – 12.30 Facilitated by: Fraser Cooper, Interim Strategic Commissioning Manager, ESCC and Debbie Endersby, Head of Supply Management and Learning Disability Commissioning, ESCC Purpose of event: to outline the details of an upcoming tender opportunity to provide the care and support provision for two 24 hour supported living services for adults with a learning disability in Seaford, East Sussex. The 2 supported living services (approximately 1 mile apart) are currently operational as separate services, but are being aligned together under one tender, to provide the care and support provision at both schemes (13 adults in total). One of the schemes will also include the lease to occupy the property and full housing management responsibility, as part of the contract. At the event, you will hear specific details about the care and support models proposed, hours of support, the desired outcomes for the adults supported, and the procurement process. There will be an opportunity to ask any questions regarding this upcoming tender opportunity. Numbers are restricted to three people per organisation.
