This programme aims to unlock economic transformation and boost inclusive growth by targeting barriers to investment and the creation of good quality jobs in productive sectors for the poorest in society. It will support DFID and HMG country offices and partner governments through targeted demand-led technical assistance on investment climate reform and economic transformation and provide long term and in-depth implementation support to a small number of partner governments to help reduce the uncertainty (and risk) of businesses investing in DFID priority countries (both current and new geographies) and help those countries on their paths to economic transformation.
