Tender description

The Port of Milford Haven invites proposals for the provision of monitoring and evaluation services for 3 separate elements of the proposed Pembroke Dock Marine development: 1) Pembroke Dock Building adaptations; 2) Access infrastructure and additional berthing facilities; 3) Terrestrial site development. To provide an independent evaluation and evidence, where possible, on whether/how the project has delivered against the aims and objectives of the various business plans. To provide monitoring and evaluation services in relation to access infrastructure. Monitoring and evaluation services in relation to terrestrial site development at Pembroke Dock Marine.
