Dynamic Purchasing System: Activity Providers and Coaches Framework.

This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is to procure a large number of providers to assist in the delivery of the GM Self-Employment Pilot. Approved activity put forward by the successful providers will form the framework from which the client will select the appropriate activity. The Growth Company require activity that will appeal to multiple clients and can be delivered across Greater Manchester on a rolling programme as well as client specific or niche provision. Activity can be consultative, personal development, vocational training or an activity that will support the client and / or their business to become more sustainable or profitable. GC require the activity to be delivered in the Greater Manchester area and will only authorise outside this area if it is considered a unique or niche activity unavailable in the GM area. It is envisaged that each client will access on average no more than 3 separate instances of activity with the total value of this being variable. We therefore require a range of price options. Should a client be interested in accessing more than 3 different types of activity with the same Provider and that Provider can bundle the total cost into one payment, consideration may be given to approval of more than 3 separate types of activity. Activity should indicatively be delivered over no longer than 16 weeks.
