Tender description

Under the management of the joint (DFAT and DAFM) steering committee and the task team leader, to support and advance the work of the TFRA task team in the development and delivery of a report on Ireland’s response to the TFRA and food systems transformation. The specific objectives required will be: 1. Working with the steering committee and the task team lead, undertake a mapping exercise of Ireland’s existing interactions in the areas of action identified by TFRA and in food systems transformation in Africa – this would encompass both Ireland’s public and private sectors. 2. Perform an appraisal of Ireland’s current interactions in areas that align with the TFRA and FST and identify where there is potential to enhance or expand these interactions. 3. Produce a set of recommendations/actions that would maximise Ireland’s TFRA response and contribution including how this would be best managed over the coming 3-5 years.
