Construction of a single storey extension ref. HG167-217 and all ancillary works fit for purpose at 8 Railway Park, Donegal Town, Co. Donegal. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Tender documents are available for collection from the Architects’ Office, Three Rivers Centre, Lifford, Co. Donegal, on payment of a non-refundable fee of 50 Euro from the day of publishing the tender. This fee can be paid at the Cash Office (opening hours 9.15am to 12.15pm & 1.15pm to 4.00pm), Donegal County Council, Three Rivers Centre, Lifford, and a receipt for same produced at Architects’ Office, Three Rivers Centre, Lifford, before any tender documents will be issued. Sealed Tenders, in the official envelope provided, and clearly marked "TENDER FOR EXTENSION HG167-217 must be lodged with County Secretary's Office, as indicated above. Tenders sent by post should be registered or sent by recorded delivery so as to reach by Friday 14th June 2013 at 12.00 noon. Faxed or emailed tenders will not be accepted. An official receipt should be obtained for each Tender delivered by hand. Donegal County Council will not accept responsibility for information relayed (or not relayed) via third parties. Donegal County Council is not obliged to accept any tender. If the Form of Tender or Instruction to Tenderers documents are in any way altered or edited, the subsequent tender may be deemed inadmissible.
