Tender description
North East Hampshire and Farnham (NEHF) Clinical Commissioning Group are seeking expressions of interest from providers interested in delivering a community-based Tier 2 cardiology service. The service will be a point of referral for local GP/clinicians seeking specialist advice, regarding patients with suspected heart failure and atrial fibrillation. The ongoing development of community-based, clinically appropriate services is an essential feature of the NHS longer term plan and will help ensure patients are seen at the right time in the right place by the most appropriate clinician.
