Who Speclialist Work With Senior leadership within IMT and need to engage with Senior Directors in the business. What Specialists Work On Support is required to brief the Trust Board on the extent of the transformation required, with a view to obtaining approval and securing the necessary funding to implement a fit for purpose data strategy within the Trust. The following pieces of work are sought: 1. An options appraisal identifying the possible range of approaches to transform the Trust’s data usage, and a recommended approach for the Trust to consider 2. An accompanying strategic outline case detailing: a. The case for investment and change b. Indicative costs c. Indicative timelines for the implementation.
