The NIHE intends to use the Pagabo National Framework for Professional Services Lot 1 – complete construction professional services for the award of a contract for the provision of professional services in relation to the demolition of Monkscoole House, Rathcoole. The mechanisms of the framework permit a direct appointment to the successful single provider for that lot, Faithful and Gould. The Housing Executive does not consider this modification to alter the overall nature or value of the contract. Furthermore, should the value of the contract be altered, which the Housing Executive believes to be unlikely, the Housing Executive believes that any such change in value shall be below the relevant threshold and 15 % of the initial contract value.
