Tender description

Multi-supplier framework agreement for design build and maintenance of CNG stations including full project life cycle from preliminary design through to construction and commissioning, roles of PSDP and PSCS and handover of the completed station to GNI. Scope includes supply, delivery and installation of fast fill CNG filling station with compressors, high pressure storage and dispensers. Supplier to provide 24 hours per day, 365 days per year remote support and provision of scheduled and demand maintenance (max 24 hours response time) post commissioning. The framework will be for the design build and maintenance of multiple fast fill CNG Stations in locations in ROI. Final site locations are to be determined. As per PQQ document. A high-level scope of works is detailed in the procurement documents. All works to be in accordance with National and European Legislation and GNI procedures and specifications, in accordance with but not limited to the principle standards listed in the procurement documents. A high-level summary of the features and performance requirements of the CNG stations is also outlined in the procurement documents. The supplier will be required to provide all functions and deliverables under the framework.
