TfL Zero Carbon Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) Early Market Engagement

Tender description

Transport for London (TfL) are currently carrying out an Early Market Engagement exercise with a view to informing the market of potential upcoming opportunities, and to guide TfL's strategy going forward. A Market Sounding Questionnaire is currently available TfL's e-tendering portal (link given in 'Additional Details' below), which seeks to obtain market feedback in relation to Zero Carbon Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Its primary focus is to better understand the market and appetite in this area, to test a number of parameters that will shape TfL's Procurement Strategy for a first tranche of PPAs, and to understand key perceived risks and opportunities. Currently, TfL are looking for parties that may be interested in such an exercise to identify themselves and express their interest via the portal advert as well as to respond to the associated MSQ. Please note that in order to do so (and in order to access future tender exercises published by TfL), organisations will need to register as a supplier via the following link: https://procontract.due-north.com/Register Interested parties should subsequently express their interest, following which they will receive an automatic notification and be able to access the MSQ within the system.
