Assist to define HMCG future services landscape through desktop research and virtual stakeholder engagements. • Comparing, technical elements, including data centres, of Coastguard functions with other operations.• Presenting findings and recommendations from technology horizon scanning . • Contributing to the establishment of a future vision and strategy for HMCG including the development of business transformation artefacts. • Reviewing the Technical Audit findings and recommendations and advise on the impacts to HMCG realisation. • Contributing to the development of a subsequent programme plan and high level requirements of any required programme of work and business case development. 5. What is the budget? he budget for this should not exceed £102k . Noting qualifying bids, pricing scores will be calculated as follows: Lowest Price divided by supplier’s bid price, multiplied by weighting 6. Can you confirm the panel please? Currently the majority of MCA staff are working remotely due to Covid-19 restrictions.However, overall the role should be seen as Southampton based with some flexible/remote working. 10.
