Who Speclialist Work With Work for the Programme Technical Design Architect (Lead), and with the Programme lead and Programme Business Analyst, whilst consulting with various stakeholders in the Coastguard. What Specialists Work On To assist HM Coastguard in defining their future services landscape and supporting technical strategy Where the Work Takes Place Southampton /Hampshire area Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements 5 Days a week (Mon – Fri), normal working hours Work Location Southampton /Hampshire area Security Clearance BPSS Required SC desirable, will be required to undergo if not held Additional T&Cs Only fixed price proposals will be considered, any other type of pricing will be not be considered and proposals will be considered to be invalid. Skills & Experience Large scale (organisation wide) business transformation experience - devising and delivering technical strategy Strong consultancy experience Evidence of stakeholder management Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Requirements gathering and documentation skills Experience establishing and documenting baseline, target and gap analysis Business Case experience Demonstrable leadership of significant project, programme or team Strong benefits realisation experience Major Project experience within the Public Sector Datacentre build/move/migration experience Technical data centre Strategy/transformation Technical - Platform/Hosting: Private vs public vs hybrid Cloud Technical - Enterprise Storage Technical - Database Technologies Technical - Security / secure environments and operations experience Nice to Haves Relevant professional qualifications e.g. Togaf, CISSP, Prince2, ITIL, manufacturer tech qualifications Maritime / Maritime Industry experience Emergency service experience Technical - Network and Communications Project Management experience No. of Specialists to Evaluate 3 Cultural Fit Criteria Being transparent and collaborative when making decisions Having a no-blame approach and learn from mistakes Taking responsibility for their work Sharing knowledge and experience with other team members Challenging the status quo Can work with clients with low technical expertise Assessment Method Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 50% Cultural fit 20% Price 30% Questions from Suppliers No questions have been answered yet Budget range
