Tender description
Supplier engagement event to take place on 14 August 2020 via WebEX, Skype or Microsoft Teams. Sessions to last up to 2 hours. The provision of a flexible occupational health software package is required which will allow NHS Wales to electronically manage its occupational health process. A bi-directional interface is essential between the occupational health system and the Electronic Staff Record (ESR)/workforce systems to enable seamless transfer of data/information between the two systems. The following are some essential characteristics of the requirement: Provision of a fully hosted service in a secure environment Dedicated telephone and e-mail support Monthly reports on all incidents Remote diagnostic support Provision of a dedicated customer services manager Remote training for users Data migration from the existing service.
