The provision of Day Centre in Annan, Dumfries and Galloway. The outcomes expected by people attending Day Centres include: — improved mental health and wellbeing; — improved physical health and wellbeing; — reduction in social isolation and loneliness; — members can remain living independently at home (with appropriate support if required); — members are actively involved in the planning and delivery of the service they receive (with input from Carers as and when appropriate). The contract includes the provision of food for members to purchase and the option for transport people who require this from their home to the centre and the return journey. The provision of Day Centre in Ecclefechan, Dumfries and Galloway.
