Limerick City and County Council and Clare County Council seeks to appoint an appropriately qualified consultant to prepare a retail strategy, as set out below, in three strands: (a) Limerick Shannon Metropolitan Area; (b) County Limerick, excluding the area within the Limerick Shannon Metropolitan Area; (c) County Clare, excluding the area within the Limerick Shannon Metropolitan Area. The work will also include the carrying out of a review of the existing Mid – West Retail Strategy 2010 – 2016 for the Limerick – Shannon Metropolitan Area, County Limerick and County Clare.
