Provision of stewarding and CSAS operatives to facilitate urgent re-opening of three HWRCs as requested by Merseyside Recycling Waste Authority (MRWA) to assist with management and control of pedestrian and vehicular movements and to comply with strict social distancing measures imposed at each site due to COVID 19. All expenditure to the Council to be reimbursed by MRWA.
