The Station houses in Ardagh and Barnagh along with the Goods Shed in Ardagh have been in a derelict condition for a number of years. The buildings are protected structures and all specified works take cognisance of this. The works required under this tender are necessary to ensure the fabric and integrity of the buildings are sustained for future development.
