This prior information notice (PIN) relates to early market engagement. Anglian Water is currently reviewing options for the establishment of a new arrangement for the provision of a market place buying application (an Amazon style buying solution). ‘This Prior Information Notice (PIN) solely relates to early market engagement.’ We are seeking an innovative solution to procuring and accessing technical resources for E-Procurement 'guided buying' applications. As part of the tender preparation, Anglian Water is running a Market Engagement Exercise and are inviting suitably qualified and experienced suppliers, who may have an interest in providing these kind of services, to complete a questionnaire to assist us in gaining a better understanding of: (a) the feasibility of our requirements, and any factors we can influence to make an opportunity more attractive; (b) the most appropriate approach; (c) market appetite and ability to deliver our requirements; and (d) any possible risks or issues that may not have previously been considered. Detailed and lengthy submissions are not necessary at this stage. Any information provided, in response to this market engagement exercise, marked as commercially sensitive will be treated as such.
