Tender description

One Housing require a fully managed payroll service. A front-end self-service system is required. It should have the ability to send out notifications and alerts. The ideal platform should also have the ability to include user defined fields for internal data monitoring and reporting as a when required. One Housing staff work variable hours, including overtime, paid monthly. The system must be able to provide a data feed to the LMS (provided by Cornerstone) and provide the main source of data around staff establishment numbers. A reporting function is required, that can be built and run by HR staff and other colleagues in the organisation in order to check a wide range of audit requirements including monthly variance reports, DBS approvals, timing of information submission for process, Right to Work end dates etc. The system must support the development of a suite of KPIs to highlight accuracy issues and facilitate improved performance. This is a prior information notice and not a tender process. It is generated to allow for expressions of interest in a potential future tender process, which will be notified separately.
