The Works comprise the strip out of portions of the existing former Church building as part of the ongoing conversion to a Cultural Centre including a completely new Electrical Services Installation throughout and Refurbishment Works to create a new Accessible WC and new Kitchenette with associated Mechanical Services together with all associated external underground drainage and water service supply plus any making good all as indicated on the Architects/Engineers Drawings and Specification which form part of the Works Requirements/Tender Documents. The Works are on a listed historic building and must be carried out using Best Conservation Practice.
