Tender description

The Council is running a mini competition under the WSCC Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of care and support in extra care housing. This DPS has been extended and now expires 30th September 2025. The DPS provided that the Council could add scheme premises during the agreement period. This PIN is to inform providers that the Council intends to commission Services for 2 new Scheme Premises; Lingfield Lodge (lot 9) and Monaveen (lot 10). Interested providers must have successfully joined the WSCC Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of care and support in extra care housing to be invited to take part in the mini competition for these schemes. Providers can find all information and apply to join the DPS at: https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing using project number CWSCC – 015828. Existing providers on the DPS do not need to reapply, however must ensure that they have signed and returned the Deed of Variation issued to them via the Council's e-sourcing portal to ensure their tender is compliant. The Council reserves the right to reject a tender from a provider who has not signed and returned the deed of variation document by time of tender submission. It is anticipated that the contract for Lingfield Lodge (Lot 9) will commence on the 1 April 2021 and the contract for Monaveen (lot 10) will commence on 1 March 2021. Both contracts will run until 30 September 2025. Therefore the contract period for Lingfield Lodge (lot 9) will be four (4) years and 6 months and the contract period for Monaveen (Lot 10) will be four (4) years and 7 months.
