Occupational Health System & bi-directional interface

Supplier Engagement event to take place on 14th August 2020 via WebEX, Skype or Microsoft Teams. Sessions to last up to 2 hours. The provision of a flexible Occupational Health software package is required which will allow NHS Wales to electronically manage its occupational health process. A bi-directional interface is essential between the Occupational Health system and the Electronic Staff Record (ESR)/workforce systems to enable seamless transfer of data/information between the two systems. The following are some essential characteristics of the requirement:- Provision of a fully hosted service in a secure environment. Dedicated telephone and e-mail support. Monthly reports on all incidents. Remote diagnostic support. Provision of a dedicated Customer Services Manager. Remote training for users. Data migration from the existing service.
