Tender description

The Scottish Government requires a main contractor and a reserve contractor to undertake valuations for land, buildings and moveable property as well as, where required, salmon fishings or mineral rights which shall be separately assessed, in Scotland under parts 2, 3 and 3A of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003, and part 5 of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016, namely the Community Right to Buy, Crofting Community Right to Buy, Community Right to Buy Abandoned, Neglected and Detrimental Land and the Right to Buy Land to Further Sustainable Development.
