NHS England and NHS improvement are looking to purchase a digital tool to measure health and wellbeing self-management capability. Before finalising its tender documentation (including specification) NHS England and NHS Improvement is undertaking soft-market testing in accordance with Regulations 40 and 41of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Suppliers interested in participating in this soft-market testing should download and respond to the Pre-Tender Market Engagement Questionnaire attached as PQQ_100. PQQ_100 is available for download via the Opportunities page on the Authority's buyer profile.
