Tender description

Call Centre Handling service is a Tele care monitoring service for customers and it is a key preventative services within NASS that enables people to be supported to live independently in their own homes at reduced cost in lieu of traditional care support. Northamptonshire County Council, in light of the unprecedented further savings required, the authority needs to review current services and therefore at this time undertaking a procurement for a 24-month contract will not be in the best interest of the authority or the market. The authorities intention is to tender this service once the unitary authorities are established.
